How can I place an order?

Please submit your information and as many details as you can include in the form under "Contact Us," and we can start a dialogue. Please be sure to include the date of your event. Please note, it is best to give us at least two weeks notice, and anything less than that timeframe is subject to a 25% rush fee.

When is my order confirmed?

Once you submit your request, and we communicate via email, an invoice with order details and amount due will be emailed to you. Payment is due within 72 hours of the invoice being sent, and once the full payment is received, your order will be confirmed. If the invoice is not paid in full within the 72-hour time frame, the invoice will be voided and canceled, and you risk losing your place in our schedule.

What happens if I have to cancel my order?

We understand things happen, so we will do our best to accommodate you. In general, we can cancel your order and offer a full refund if you notify us more than two weeks before your scheduled pickup date. If you cancel your order within two weeks of your scheduled pickup date, you will only be refunded 50 percent of your order total, unless your order has already been completed, in which case no refund will be issued.

Do you ship your products?

Per Cottage Food Law, unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products at this time.

Do you offer gluten-free items?

We do have select goods that are gluten-free, and those options are marked accordingly on our Menu page.

Do you offer vegan items?

Do you teach private cookie decorating workshops?

Yes! You can host your own event, or have a one-on-one workshop with Ashley. Please submit your information and as many details as you can include in the form under "Contact Us," and we can start a dialogue.
